As well as Motor Sports, we have catered for various other Sporting Events. A lot of these have been for Sky Sports when covering Football, Cricket and Rugby Events. These events are usually on a one day basis and need to adhere to a strict time schedule so not to interfere with Live broadcasts.
Our trained staff are able to cook, serve and clear out in a matter of hours, showing we value efficiency and punctuality.
We have also covered several Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts events. Again these are large events where a set menu is served to upwards of 300 people and needs to be served and cleared within a specified time so as not to delay the fight start time.
For all these events, the menu is reduced to a set menu so that we can accommodate the clients time requirements. Meals are still accompanied by vegetables and potatoes and followed with dessert.
